Mr. Rokibul Hossain has more than 12 years of experience in the field of development of management system. He completed his B.Sc. and M.S in Environmental sciences from Jahangirnagar University. He started his career at Golden harvest Scankort GIS Limited as senior GIS Analyst, then he joined ACME Laboratories Ltd, one of the largest pharmaceuticals’ companies in Bangladesh as QMS officer. Then he joined in Rahimafrooz Globatt Limited, country's largest battery manufacturing company as Sr. Officer, QMS & EHS.

After a successful career at Rahimafrooz, Mr. Rokibul worked in a reputed consulting firm as a management system consultant. After a few months in 2011, he started management system consultancy under own consulting firm CQS (Centre for Quality Solution).

He has gained huge working experiences in more than 25 renowned different sectors of national & multinational companies in Bangladesh. He has gained diversified knowledge in local industrial practices, applicable compliance obligations as well as Process Risk and Opportunities.

During his professional Career, Mr. Rokibul Hossain has obtained huge training such as IRCA certified Lead Auditor course on Quality Management System, Lead Auditor course on Environmental Management System. Internal Aditor Training on ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001. He has also successfully completed web based course on OHSAS 18001(Occupational Health & Safety Management System) organized by APO (Asian Productivity Organization) patronizedby NPO (National Productivity Organization, Bangladesh Government). Besides, he is also well trained in ISO 26000 - Guidance of Social Responsibility, Compliance audit for garments factory, Firefighting and first Aid, TQM, QCC, 5S, Kaizen.

And numerous training programs on international standard and compliance issues such as Quality Management System (QMS), Environment Management System (EMS), Occupational Health & Safety Management System (OHSMS), Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA) were conducted by him.

Mr. Rokibul has huge hands on Experiences on development of Emergency Response Plan (EPA). Recently he developed entire EPA and design Emergency Evacuation plan for the Ashugonj Power Station Company Limited, the largest power plant in Bangladesh."
